Boris the Stowaway!
Boris came into the country on a Russian timber boat. He was spotted disembarking at Wallasea Island without going thru Customs or Immigration Channels. Subsequent enquiries revealed he had been seen by customs officials in Latvia to go on board timber boat, but despite extensive searching they were unable to find him and so had to let the boat leave. As Boris does not have a pet passport, he had to stay for 6 months in quarantine.
